TCDA Membership Recruiting Incentive Program
The TCDA Board has determined that it is in the best interests of the TCDA to increase its membership and thereby add to the vitality, energy and camaraderie of the TCDA. As one method to assist in accomplishing this goal the TCDA Board has decided to offer its present members an incentive to recruit new members. The TCDA Membership Recruiting Incentive Program is as follows:
1. Recruit 3 new members over the course of any four consecutive League seasons not counting Summer League) and receive a coupon good for a one-year free TCDA membership.
2. All new recruits must either:
a) Never have been a member of the TCDA or;
b) Not been a member of the TCDA for at least 3 years.
3. Each new recruited member or the recruiting member must turn in an approved TCDA Membership Recruiting Incentive Form. The form must be turned in within 60 days of the Date of Membership of the new member. The Date of Membership of the new member is the first time they played in a TCDA League Match or the date their membership check reaches the League Secretary, whichever is first.
4. Each new recruit must pay for a full year membership.
5. Upon establishment of eligibility for a free year membership a coupon good for a one-year free TCDA membership will be issued to the recruiting member. The coupon must be submitted to the League Secretary in lieu of payment of membership dues for the member.
6. There is no limit to the number of free one-year membership coupons a TCDA member may receive.
7. The free one-year membership coupons are non-transferable.
