Effective with the Fall Season 2005 the TCDA
is introducing two new requirements for all teams:
1. E-mail Address:
Every season, each team must provide the TCDA with an e-mail address for the team. This will generally, but not always, be the Captain’s e-mail address. Please provide an e-mail address that is checked regularly. This will be a primary means of communicating with your team during the season.
2. Team Roster:
Every season, each team must provide the TCDA with a completed Team Roster Form (see below) before they may obtain their Captain’s Packets. We would appreciate having the form completed as completely as possible. At a minimum we need:
Team Name
Team E-mail
Names of all Team Members
Team Roster Form:
Right click here and "Save to File" to download a Microsoft Word document that can be filled out electronically and returned to the TCDA or printed and returned in hard copy form.
Please feel free to return the completed Team Roster Form by e-mail (as an attachment) to Twincitydarts@aol.com. E-mail returns must be received 1 week before the Captain's Meeting in order to be processed. If you are unable to e-mail the completed form as outline above, please bring it to the Captain’s meeting.
