A Tribute to Charles F. Stutz

Charles was born on January 10, 1917. What that means is on January 10, 2012, Charles celebrates his 95th Birthday.

Those of us fortunate enough to know Charles, know how much of a
special person he is.

In 1975, Charles joined the T.C.D.A. His membership number is 256. He became President for the first time in 1984 and for the second time in 1990. After stepping down as President in 2006, Charles had spent 20 years as our T.C.D.A. President.
